Daily Yoga: Flow through 3 invigorating yoga practices led by Lexi Sevario. Each session is designed to deepen your connection to yourself and the universe, leaving you revitalized and empowered.
Designated Time For Farm Animal Therapy: You will have free time in the pasture snuggling fluffy cows, pigs, dogs, horses and goats.
Camping & Sacred Time Outdoors: Reconnect with Mother Nature alongside a tribe of like-minded women under the starry sky.
Guided Nature Trek with Master Naturalists Jordan & Indi: We’ll be carpooling to the Comite River Trail and will learn about different seasonal plants and mushroom species with Jordan Gros from Mycocentrics.
Fireside Manifestation Workshop: Shireen & Indi will guide us through an immersive manifestation ritual including past & present reflection and deep intention setting.
Bhakti Kirtan Chanting : There will be Sanskrit mantra meditations each night.
Mind & Soul Renewal: Dive into guided meditation, restorative yoga and a fireside soundbath, tuning fork & reiki session.
Culinary Delights: Savor healthy, nourishing meals three times a day crafted from whole food ingredients. Menu will be announced prior to the retreat and all dietary restrictions or allergies can be accommodated. We also have a fireside banquet curated by Chef Jenny.
Goat Yoga: One of our yoga flows will be done alongside our friendly herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats.
Mushroom Grow Bucket Workshop: Jordan Gros with Mycocentrics will teach us how to grow our own mushrooms at home.
Sisterhood Bonding: Build lifelong friendships in a supportive environment where our focus is on open mindedness, vulnerability and our DIVINE FEMININE.
Optional Reiki & Massage Add On: For an added fee we offer 3o minute mixed reiki & massage sessions with our beautiful healer, Shireen Haghighi.

** This is an outdoors camping retreat. Please be prepared for possible rain as we are in South Louisiana. Camping setups will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own supplies and/or setup.
** If you’re flying in you can either fly into the Baton Rouge Airport or New Orleans Airport. Transportation from the Baton Rouge Airport to and from our farm WILL BE provided. If you fly into New Orleans you will be responsible for your own transportation!
** This is a DRY retreat. No alcohol will be served nor allowed.
